About the event
Lavender is not just a beautiful flower, but also a fabulous herb with wonderful flavor. We will learn to use both fresh and dried lavender to spice up our meals! Our recipes include; Lavender Grilled Salmon with a Mixed Green Salad with Lavender-Raspberry Vinaigrette, and two desserts; Lavender Shortbread Cookies, and Lavender-Strawberry Sorbet.
