THIS CULINARY
EXPERIENCE IS
LIMITED TO TEENS, AGE 13 + |

The teens will learn basic cooking
fundamentals from knife skills to
sautéing and roasting and Soufflés!
Each day will be
entertaining and
educational!
Oh, we will also
make desserts!
Please notice these days are much
longer than our regular camps for
the younger kids.
The Teen week focuses much
more on true culinary technique
and all around kitchen skills.
As always, our emphasis is on fun
and, we will eat what we cook!

Knife Skills, Teens will learn some of the
most important skills in cooking today.
This will be the base we build upon
during the rest of the week.
