to be very healthful and
high
in anti-oxidents.
When frozen,
it lasts many months
for use at
a moment's
notice. (we love it
in Lemonade or as sorbet)

Join Bob and Mardi for a wonderful workshop on Prickly Pear!
We will learn proper canning techniques, how to harvest the prickly
pear fruit, and how to make some delicious jelly. Over the years, we have developed techniques for handling the tunas to almost eliminate
any stickers. This workshop
will be taught in our outdoor kitchen,
so please wear comfortable
clothes and sneakers!
Each student will make 6 jars
of jelly to take home.
