menu
consists
of
an
appetizer
of
Espinaca
con
Queso,
Greens
and
Cheese
Enchiladas,
Oven
Baked
Risotto,
Quinoa
salad,
and
Parmesan
Roast
vegetables
over
Creamy
Polenta,
and
a
Rustic
Apple
Tart
for
dessert.
Even
the
most
carnivorous
among
us
